WT Gravity Table
Series
Precision grain separation equipment for sorting material by specific weight. The WT gravity table is used to separate healthy kernels from light, damaged, insect-affected and low-quality fractions, helping improve final product quality and seed preparation efficiency.
Precise density separation for seed cleaning, crop upgrading and grain recovery
The WT gravity table is designed for precision sorting of grain and seed material according to specific weight. It helps separate healthy, full-value kernels from light, damaged, insect-affected and low-quality fractions, making it a practical solution for seed preparation lines, grain cleaning systems and post-harvest upgrading.
This equipment is especially useful when the visual size of kernels is similar, but their density differs. Thanks to the combined action of deck vibration, controlled airflow and table inclination, the WT forms a stable separation pattern and allows operators to accurately divide material into valuable product and reject fractions.
The gravity table can be used for cleaning grain affected by diseases and insects, separating conditioned sunflower seeds from light or damaged seeds, and processing mixed crops such as wheat-barley, wheat-rye, wheat-triticale or maize-sunflower combinations. It is also suitable for working with grain that has started to sprout due to storage problems or excess moisture before harvesting.
The WT series is available in several models from compact farm units to higher-capacity industrial solutions. The machines are designed for reliable day-to-day operation, easy adjustment for different crops and stable performance when product quality requirements are strict.

Watch how the WT gravity table separates grain by specific weight, helping remove light, damaged and low-quality fractions while improving the final quality of seed and marketable grain.
How the WT table works
The material is distributed over the vibrating deck where airflow and oscillation begin separating the product into layers.
Heavy, healthy kernels move differently from light, damaged, insect-affected or underdeveloped fractions, allowing precise density sorting.
The machine divides the material into useful product and rejected fractions, helping prepare high-quality grain and seed material.
WT gravity tables can be adjusted for cereals, legumes, oilseeds and seed-cleaning tasks where separation accuracy is critical.

The WT gravity table separates grain and seed material by specific weight. Select a functional zone to focus on the material feed, deck separation process, aspiration support and fraction discharge.
Feed Hopper
The loading hopper ensures steady and even feeding of the material onto the working surface. Stable feed is important for uniform distribution and accurate separation across the full width of the table.
Vibrating Table
This is the core working zone of the WT machine. On the deck, the product is stratified and sorted by specific weight, helping separate healthy kernels from lighter, damaged or low-quality fractions.
Aspiration Zone
Controlled airflow supports the gravity separation process by assisting with the lifting and removal of lighter material. This improves the distinction between heavier usable product and light impurities.
Discharge Outlets
Separate discharge points allow sorted fractions to be unloaded in an organized way. This makes it easier to collect the heavy cleaned product, intermediate material and lighter rejected fractions.
Extend the WT gravity table with additional equipment
Configure the WT vibrating table for a cleaner and more efficient processing line by adding equipment that improves dust extraction and stabilizes airflow around the separation zone.
Cyclone
The cyclone improves dust separation and supports cleaner air discharge from the WT processing line, helping reduce airborne impurities and keep the operating area cleaner during continuous work.
- Improves dust collection
- Cleaner discharge of light impurities
- Supports cleaner working conditions
Aspiration System
An optional aspiration system helps remove light fractions and dust before or during processing, improving overall material preparation and supporting more stable separation on the vibrating table.
- Removes light impurities and dust
- Supports stable material preparation
- Works well in integrated processing lines
