The PN Seed Treater is designed for pre-sowing treatment of зернових культур with protective liquid agents before planting. The machine ensures accurate liquid dosing and even distribution of the treatment solution across the entire grain mass, helping prepare seed material for reliable and efficient field use.
A convenient loading hopper allows fast feeding of grain either manually or with the help of mechanized systems. Inside the machine, the auger mixing system provides gentle but effective blending, so each grain receives a more uniform coating. This improves treatment consistency and supports stable day-to-day operation on farms of different sizes.
The PN series allows the operator to fine-tune the rate of liquid supply depending on the type of seed and working requirements. The extended auger in the PN-5 model increases mixing time and can discharge treated grain directly into big bags, which makes handling, storage and transport more convenient.
Thanks to its mobile design, the PN seed treater can be easily moved between working areas and used in different farm conditions. The equipment can unload processed grain into bags or onto a berm, offering flexibility in practical use. The range includes PN-3 and PN-5 models with capacities of 3 and 5 t/h respectively.
