The BISS is a modern sieve grain cleaner designed for efficient separation of grain from impurities of different sizes. It is suitable for pre-cleaning, final cleaning and preparation of grain before storage, further processing or sowing. Thanks to its screening system and aspiration chamber, the machine ensures accurate and stable cleaning across a wide range of crops.
Key advantages of the BISS series include reliable performance, easy adaptation to different cleaning tasks and a practical construction for agricultural enterprises of various sizes. Interchangeable sieves allow the machine to be configured for different crops and fractions, while the aspiration system helps remove dust, husks and other light impurities during operation.
The operating principle is based on the mechanical separation of material on sieve screens, where impurities and зерно are divided according to size, combined with airflow cleaning for light fractions. This makes the BISS series an efficient solution for obtaining cleaner, more uniform grain with consistent output quality.
A durable frame, well-balanced working system and convenient access to the main components ensure stable long-term operation and straightforward maintenance. The cleaned product and separated impurities are discharged through dedicated outlets, making the machine convenient for integration into farm and processing lines.
